Overview

This Trahana is made with semolina and milk. Sweet frumenty is the classic wheat frumenty, made from sheep’s milk and oatmeal, (crashed grains). It has a very nice smell and taste. It is entirely made by hand, after five consecutive handmade procedures!.. It is particularly rich in complex carbohydrates and fiber, which helps in proper bowel function. It has a low glycemic index and contains significant amounts of vitamins involved in the proper functioning of the metabolism and the nervous system. It contains antioxidants and magnesium, which strengthens the muscles and lowers blood pressure. Finally, it contains twice the amount of potassium in relation to pasta and three times more than rice.
