Easy Wholegrain Seeded Bread

A perfect, nutritious bread, for our butter at breakfast and our every meal.

600 g. wholemeal wheat flour
1.5 tsp dry yeast
½ tsp salt
1 tbsp honey
2 tablespoons e.v. olive oil
tepid water of about 400 ml or as getting

Seeds for the filling:
1 tsp oat flakes
1 tsp sunflower
1 tsp linseed
1 tsp sesame


Preheat oven to 170 ° C in air.
In a large bowl, add the flour, salt, yeast and honey.
Slowly add the water and then knead until you get a smooth dough.
Add the oil and the seedsagain and knead with hands until homogeneous through the dough.
Cover the bowl with a towel and allow the dough to rest for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
On a floured surface make a loaf with your hands and put in a pan in which we have put a piece greaseproof paper and let at a warm place until doubled in volume, covered with a towel.
Sprinkle a little flour on the greaseproof paper surface.
Before baking the bread, brush the surface of the bread with a little water and sprinkle with seeds.
Bake for 50-60 minutes.
