Vegan Burgers

Vegan. Burger. What more could you want, if you -for any reason- don’t eat meat?


Soak overnight, boil, drain, rinse and pat dry chickpeas well, then grind in a blender.
Add the onion, garlic, spices, coriander/parsley, flour and a little seasoning, continue to grind until you combine all ingredients.
Using your hands, form 4 patties about 10 cm in diameter and 2 cm thick from the mixture.
In a large pan heat the oil and fry vegan burgers-falafels on each side for 2-3 minutes or until golden brown.
Slightly bake the bread for hamburger on the cut surface in a pan or grill or toaster.
Spread the Saffron Mustard on each side and place on the burger.
